NetzConsult takes its obligations concerning data protection very seriously and organises its offers in such a way that the least possible personal information needs to be collected, processed and used. 
Under no circumstances will personal information be rented or sold to third parties for purposes of advertising. Nor will any personal data be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes without the customer first having been notified and his express consent obtained. 
The only people who have access to personal information are those who know the statutory regulations concerning data protection and who have given an undertaking to observe these regulations. They access the data only to the extent that this is necessary for performance of the contractual relationship. 

We do not use any cookies. If there is any (banner) advertising on our shop pages, this is not retrieved by external servers. 

With the conditions detailed below, we make an agreement with you as to which data we collect and what we do with this data.

1. 	Gathering, processing and using the data within the framework of the products and services we offer
			 
a) 	By merely accessing the Internet sites as such, the only information collected by NetzConsult is the information which has been transmitted to us by your terminal device (e.g. your browser). No additional data is either saved on our sites by us, or on your computer. This data is deleted from our server immediately after it has finished being used. Utilisation of this data is only in an anonymous form and for legally permitted purposes. 
	
 b)	Additionally, if you order goods over the shop, the data collected during order processing, and in particular the data relevant for shipment of the goods to you, is saved and forwarded to the companies which see to logistics and shipping the goods. In addition to the suppliers and the manufacturers of the goods you have ordered, these are the logistics companies which organise transport of the products from the warehouse where they are stored to your (delivery) address. The information transmitted to these companies is your first and last name, your form of address (Mr, Mrs etc.), your postal address, your contact data (telephone number and e-mail address), and any delivery address which is different to your regular address. 

2.	Data security
NetzConsult complies with the technical and organisational measures stipulated under the Federal Data Protection Act which satisfy the requirements of data protection. 

3.	Passing on data to public authorities 
Personal customer data is only passed on to public authorities, such as prosecuting authorities and courts, if an enforceable order by the authorities or court order is presented in writing and/or in accordance with the regulations in force at the time, provided there is an obligation to do so. 

4.	Consent
We would point out that if you have consented to our collecting, processing or using your data, this consent may be withdrawn at any time. Notice of withdrawal of your consent must be sent by e-mail to the address: shop@netzconsult.com.

5.	Right of access to information/deleting data
You are entitled to view the information which has been stored on you at any time and at no cost to yourself. Any request to access this information must be sent to us by e-mail (shop@netzconsult.com) and an answer will be sent as soon as possible by e-mail or by post. We would however point out that transmission by e-mail is not secure. We will immediately comply with any justified requests to delete or to correct data. 
Your personal data will be deleted once the particular contractual relationship has ended unless you have expressly agreed during the registration procedure to our continuing to keep this data in our customer records so that you may also receive information on the Online Shop after termination of the contract. Data which will not be deleted is such data which must be kept for purposes of complying with the periods stipulated for preserving records. We will refuse all access to this data. 

6.	Amendments to the Privacy Policy
NetzConsult reserves the right, and in particular where there are changes to its products and services, and as a result of developing new technical security standards, to amend these data protection regulations.
